« t » is added to the pronoun of the third person:
« il »,

« on »,
« ils »,
« elles » except when the verb ends with

« d »:

« a-t-elle été circonstanciée ? »,
« aura-t-elle été circonstanciée ? ».
Finally, the interrogative form does not exist in subjunctive and imperative.
